Dr. Will and his team are very knowledgeable and caring about your health. He will do only what is best for you. I drive seven hours up from Florida to have all my dental care here. I trust his judgement one hundred percent.

Most full-arch offers lead with the surgery and a countdown. We plan around your whole mouth first, with robotic Yomi-guided placement and a metal-free option.
The Burkitt Center provides dental care and does not diagnose, treat, or cure medical conditions. Materials and candidacy are determined individually.

Full-arch is the kind of case patients pick a practice for. Here is what a few of them said, unedited, from Google.

I had consults with several different places around this area. After talking with Dr. Will I was confident I had made the correct choice. The professionalism of the entire staff is far above any experience I have had with any other dental professional in the past fifty years.

My experience from the very first consultation through my first two procedures has been amazing at every level. I felt at ease with their candor and concern. Two procedures in and I am well on my way.

Conventional All-on-X is titanium by default. We plan around you, and we tell you which material is right for your case.
Zirconia is biocompatible and metal-free, and in the metal-free implantology literature it is favored for patients who prefer no metal in the mouth. Our Signature option is a fully zirconia, metal-free All-on-X. Zirconia is not always the right call for a full arch, and when titanium is the better fit for your bite and bone, we say so.
Descriptions of materials reflect how we use them in dental care. Suitability is determined case by case, and no specific outcome is implied. Metal-free (zirconia) is one of several material options and is not appropriate for every case.
No. Only the Signature tier is fully metal-free zirconia. The other tiers use titanium implants, the long-standing standard for full-arch. The difference between tiers is the materials and technique, not the care or the process.
Three programs. Three countries. The doctors are credentialed where the work began.

Vice president of the International Society for Metal-free Implantology. Author of It’s All In Your Mouth. Founder of Biodentistry 3.0. Dr. Will trained under Dr. Dome directly.

Founder of the International Curriculum in biological oral surgery. Dr. Will trains through the program.

Holistic Dental Education Series. The AGD-approved continuing-education path for biological dentists in the United States. Both doctors train through it.

Dr. Will comes from a family of dentists. His father built the original practice in Nolensville. Biological dentistry is where Dr. Will has taken it. He trains in Tübingen with Dr. Nischwitz, in Frankfurt with Dr. Ghanaati, and in Bountiful, Utah with Dr. Wall, and he runs the Yomi robotic system for implant cases.
Training
Dr. Judson Wall (Bountiful, Utah). Runs the Holistic Dental Education Series, an AGD-approved continuing-education program covering zirconia implants, ozone, laser dentistry, and the oral-systemic connection.
Dr. Dominik Nischwitz (Tübingen, Germany). Vice president of the International Society for Metal-free Implantology. Author of It’s All In Your Mouth. Founder of the Biodentistry 3.0 program.
Dr. Shahram Ghanaati (Frankfurt, Germany). His International Curriculum is a multi-level training program in biological oral surgery. Dr. Will trains through it.

Dr. Hayden is in the year-long Biomimetic Mastership at the Alleman Center under Dr. David Alleman. The Alleman family wrote the modern playbook for restoring teeth without cutting away what is left of them. Dr. Hayden also works through Dr. Judson Wall’s Holistic Dental Education Series for the biological protocols.

The Six Lessons Approach. The Alleman Center’s restorative protocol, taught through their Biomimetic Mastership. Biomimetics is the discipline of restoring teeth in a way that preserves natural structure and avoids the cycle of repeated intervention.
Dr. Judson Wall (Bountiful, Utah). Coursework through the Holistic Dental Education Series, the same biological path Dr. Will trains in.
Fotona LightWalker MAX. Trained on the laser the practice uses for soft-tissue and laser-assisted procedures.

Same care and process at every tier, from the simplest to the most complete. What changes is the material and technique.
Snap-on: a lower implant-retained denture with an upper denture.
Titanium implants with a 3D-printed prosthetic.
Titanium implants with a zirconia bridge.
Zirconia All-on-X, fully metal-free.
The care and the process are the same at every tier. What changes is the material and technique.
Single implants are $7,000, priced separately from the arch packages. Financing is available through several lenders, and you can prequalify with no impact to your credit. Your final plan and candidacy are confirmed at your consultation. Your $100 application fee is credited toward your treatment.
Only office in Middle TNWe are the only office in Middle Tennessee with a Yomi robot, FDA-cleared robotic guidance for implant surgery. Your full-arch case is planned on a 3D scan, and the Yomi keeps every placement true to that plan. It is a tool Dr. Will runs, not a replacement for the doctor.
Nashville is closer than you think. Here is what a treatment trip at The Burkitt Center looks like.
NashvilleA city worth building a trip around.

Two hours in the chair. The full diagnostic workup runs. We sit with you, we run the tests, and we collect the data your case will be built around.

The conversation that comes out of the work. Dr. Will has been in your file between visits. He walks you through what every reading means and the plan he has built for you.

Any in-trip work happens here. We sequence the appointments around your flights so the travel earns the trip. Follow-up the next morning before you head home.
Nashville International (BNA) is about thirty minutes from the practice. We help you time appointments around your flights.
We share a working list of hotels patients have used, walkable to the practice through to a short drive away.
Live music every night. Neighborhoods worth walking. Food that has earned national press. Many patients build a short stay around the trip.
Full-arch is planned carefully before any surgery, so you do not walk in and out the same day. But you are not left waiting months without teeth either: in most All-on-X cases at The Burkitt Center, you leave about 24 hours later in a fixed set of temporary teeth while your final prosthetic is made to match your bite. We walk you through the exact timeline for your case at your consultation.
Only the Signature tier is fully metal-free zirconia. The other tiers use titanium implants. We tell you which material fits your case rather than defaulting everyone to one.
Cost depends on your case and the tier you choose, and it is quoted individually after your assessment. We partner with several established third-party healthcare-financing companies, so most patients spread the investment into manageable monthly payments instead of paying all at once. You can apply and prequalify in a few minutes with no impact to your credit score, and our team helps you compare plans and terms to find the one that fits your budget.
Coverage varies by plan, and most dental plans cover only a portion of full-arch treatment. Our team does everything we can on your behalf: we review your benefits, prepare and submit the paperwork, and work to capture every dollar of coverage you are entitled to. We walk you through what your specific plan is likely to cover before you commit to anything.
The Yomi is a robotic guidance system for implant surgery, cleared by the U.S. FDA for both the planning and the surgical stages of placing dental implants. Every implant is planned first on a 3D CBCT scan of your jaw, and during surgery the Yomi tracks that plan in real time and guides the instruments to the angle and depth that were mapped out, so the placement follows the plan you approved. It does not operate on its own: Dr. Will runs it from start to finish. It is an instrument that guides the surgeon's hand, not a replacement for the surgeon.
